An 8 GB Minecraft server can cost under $20 or several times that amount because “8 GB” describes memory, not the whole product. CPU exclusivity, backup design, IP addressing, support, storage, locations, and promotional renewals can change both cost and outcome.

Why CPU wording changes the price

- The server is a small private world.
- Occasional contention would not harm a community or event.
